I can not speak in company discussions I can only deal with them... I do understand were your coming from It's simply perspective. I choice to see the positive. You choice to make yourself happy. I know I'm lucky because I have had the same dm for years. I know her what is expected and she knows me. Like the old saying goes you can't judge someone till you walk in there shoes. Well we can choice not to judge until we know all of the facts which we don't!
