Sure ... we didn't develop the modulator on our own because we had MATERIAL ISSUES.

I know it sounds like I am screaming, and yes, I am. We could do nothing without the material getting fixed. So we can look back on past promises (or in that case hopeful prognostications, revenue projections, etc... they can all be blamed on material issues. Those have now been fixed and we trade at 1.27. This will enable us to fly now ... it's just taken 2 years off the clock.

I just don't think there will be any fruit found in looking back, seeing what was promised and not delivered, etc. Quite frankly, I don't believe management thought it would take this long and be this difficult a road, but we are there now. Finally.

But yes, all those things that were promised, had to be thrown out the window until the material could get to where it needed to be.
