Prefs have first recovery, in a BK.
Case in point...
I own Lehman prefs and capital trusts, looks like we're gonna get a big payday from those, where as the commons will get maybe a small piece in the end.


So to convert prefs to commons says there is almost a zero chance that a defaulting or BK is in the near future for LQMT.
