Based on current shares outstanding .10 would still only be a $6 million market cap. Now, to be fair, we have to see how any acquisition/merger is structured, hopefully they do it most in preferred shares. But just on speculation alone any shares bought under .02 a smart trader can sell half at .04 or higher, and let the rest ride with zero loss risk.
If you add in $22 million in revenue, and get this thing audited, then yea, a price of .10+ can be hit here really really fast.

- Volume to pass prior days, 200K+ would be bullish - Price to trading into the .015 to .02 range - Accum/Dist to continue to climb higher - Break 200 day at .021
