Obviously, "we are not gagged by anyone" is a bald-faced LIE!

Unless their company is run by spirits lurking in the corridors, someone, or perhaps the BOD, made a conscious decision NOT to release the SS of their client companies.

For all we know, the TA may have come to that decision to make it easier for their client companies to perpetrate stock scams on an unsuspecting public.

Just my opinion, of course.
