I don't understand this and would appreciate some thougths. Wouldn't it be best for the promoters to let this run as high as possible so that they can get the maximum amount of money for the shares that they are selling? Why would they not promote the heck out of this and let the price skyrocket? Or is it out of their control? If so, what's stopping them?

Beats me, but then again I am a newbee and have still a lot to learn in pennyland.
