2012s will move exponentially faster as per Richard. The 2011s will be used as templates for the 2012s. Essentially, the only thing needing to be changed will be professional fees and some other expenses. Most everything else will remain the same. The "confirms", as Richard mentioned, for the 2012s were retrieved from the old auditor along with the confirms for the 2011, saving lots of time in preparing the 2012s. They are working hard to get this done.
