LMAO what has happened in RINO's case is that a market maker put out an unsolicited quote. A 211 has not been filed and the stock is not showing as piggy back eligible with OTC. If you notice the history for this stock looks like this has happened before. I expect it will get knocked back down to the greys after 4 days elapse with no other quote.

Still grey and always will be.
