Spirent reveals SR5500 Wireless Channel Emulator



Mar 19, 2003 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- Performance analysis and service assurance systems provider Spirent Communications has announced the upcoming availability of its SR5500 Wireless Channel Emulator for creating wireless environments.

The new product offering is intended to be used to create wireless network environments so that wireless devices can be tested before they are put on general release. Wireless devices that can be tested include those running CDMA2000, 1xEV-DV, W-CDMA and WLAN.
