You say they are selling shares from convertible debt holders and
that sale is what shows up in the RegSho as short. Then it is
covered shortly after...
Here's my dilemma:
Why would it show up short if they are selling actual shares from
the debt holders?
Also, if they are selling shares, why would they have to cover if
there is no short position?
Finally, how do they cover the shares that show up in the RegSho
report if they aren't buying shares back or getting shares from
those selling?
Your story is the same as every other one I have seen on IHUB, but
no one has ever answered my questions above when confronted about
how this actually works. As you see, your statement is full of
holes and makes no sense to me.
