They "ARE" purchasing us, as in they "ARE" purchasing KFC, Taco Bell, and LJS? Or they "DID" purchase us, as the deal has "closed". After the November announcement of the KFC, Taco Bell, LJS the stock declined and the dilution began. And the deal hasn't closed, although "done deal in a matter of days" is reassuring.

So lets clarify; "DID" buy or is this another LOI that will take 3, 4, or 5 months to close?

Next week could be killer.
