rrufff - There is a lot of discussion on why there won't be a reverse split on the RB board. Someone said they spoke with Sporns who said he won't do that.

Someone else, either on this board or on RB, said Sporns told them current fully diluted share count is 117M.

But HQSM may issue stock or options to insiders before the end of the year. I have nothing to back that, just a caution on my part.
