Well... If they manage to get a couple of FDA 510k devices and if the MPDD sells as good as we all hope (well, as most of us hope) there will certainly be buyout offers. I have the feeling that, right now, the management is not willing to sell (though AJW/PWC could be more interested !) but if the offer is really good, it could happen
