Had a question w/ regard to PBLS stock

1. If PBLS changes boards in the near future, do we need to order new certificates to reflect the change? What happens there?

besides that, in the short term: whether its good news or bad news, for me there's no panic or excitement, because holding long is looking down the road. Just looking forward to the future.
