I will have to agree. I will be out by the end of March at the latest as well. I have a feeling they were able to secure the votes for the R/S and Authorization increase and as far as I am concerned a R/S is toxic for investors.

This one has a very short window to rally hard before everyone starts to sell ahead of the vote, which is why the move will be explosive since everyone has the same line of thinking...if it happens of course.


I think CERP eventually will turn around fundamentally, however I think they will destroy their long term holders with dilution, especially when they are forming a new subsidiary and need to fund it.
