Not sure what they will do about the share structure and conversion but the steps recently taken help keep the stock trading and aid in getting current on OTCMarkets. No more room for dilution so the company will need $$ moving forward either through an increase in A/S or a modest reverse split imo. Traders control SDVI current day so SDVI will likely announce something to sustain any movement short term. Comes down to profit like with any business. If they can't net gain, they will need shareholder $$, if the can, they won't. I'm starting to trade more and get involved with day to day pink sheet drama less. Hope the long timers are made whole and the company turns the corner. GLTY
