I admit I was a little miffed myself until I read the litigation notice a few times... I came down a bit hard on the company when I probably should have held my thoughts for a minute.

So far XCHC has done nothing to prove to me that they are lying about anything... Hasn't it occurred to anyone that CBIS stopped diluting since this agreement ? It was a huge obstacle for CBIS to try to monetize their brand so they sold it so XCHC could do it for them...

For all intents and purposes it looks like XCHC is doing just that. Launching the product line that CBIS was having trouble doing and allowing both companies to operate in tandem while having a different focus...

And if all works out well with the Tobiques CBIS will be conducting their research with XCHC's products that are essentially their own...
