FMBL Declares First-Quarter Cash Dividend of $22 Per Share (2/19/13)

LONG BEACH, Calif. – February 19, 2013 – Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach (OTCBB: FMBL) today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $22 per share on the Bank’s common stock. The dividend is payable on March 29, 2013 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2013.
