The 10day Alert System was meant to HELP build your repertoire of trading strategies!

This thread is not posting symbols, but ideas behind what it takes too understand volume-disparity along with trading activity on said symbol in real-time using both L2 & Time_Sales.

I have used this particular system for about 10 years, and have tweaked it many times over. So that just using historical, or L2, or a combination of both without Time_Sales seldom give you the entire or BIG_Picture you should be looking for.

There are many other factors that go into the process, and of course in real-time.

The first and foremost basic idea though is knowing your adversary by symbol.

* If symbols come up on a regular bases during real-time hours would they be a great candidate in regards to front-loading and/or promotions?

These are questions along with others you need to decide for yourself.

But I CAN tell you that unless you're are very familiar with symbols showing activity on a regular bases, the 10Day Alert System seldom works.

Because you need to know what NOT to look for, in order to know what TO>>> look for.

If you noticed recently, GBHL .024 239kvs5k_vol10dayavg seldom if ever hit's real-time scanners. But how would you know this might be a good candidate for front-loading unless you knew the other few thousands under .05c that come up on a regular bases?

There are many other pieces to this strategy in finding unique discoveries, so work on it when you have time.

But you will not get anywhere unless you start with:
* 10Day Moving Average
* L2 + Time_Sales
* All in real-time [you'll only discover during market hours]
* Know your symbols [I do between .001 to .05c]
