Pure speculation, but here goes:

Postulate a 25% chance that we get enough positive Kevetrin results to continue and expand trials, prepare for Phase II.
Postulate a 25% chance that Prurisol demonstrates some promise.

Thus, call it a 50% chance that Cellceutix hits the wires with some good news, ends the year in the 4-5$ range.
Bad news on one of the drugs, lose 50%
Bad news on both drugs, 90%
Good news- 300% gain by end of year

50/50 chance of 300% gains, I'm there.
You can only lose so much, but stand to gain far more....
