If we don't get the news Tuesday, and this week isn't "killer", lots of additional credibility issues for management to contend with. They've already decimated everything about BTHR-from revenues to good standing within the SEC to share price-all eroded on a premeditated basis. The news on Tuesday announcing a closing is all management has left to save face. If management blows this, it will be interesting to see how they put a positive spin on this finger lickin' good monsta with the incredible share structure.
