Something bad is going on with this company. I do not own any shares but I am a customer. I can barely hear my phone some times, they changed my contract after they purchased Qwest and have limited my dial up access, and to top it all of phone boxes destroyed over a year ago were repaired by placing an orange plastic tarp over it, recently it was noticed the tarp was over a year old and a new smaller plastic tarp was taped over the old one.
Here it is I thought all that money they were saving was going to you guys.
I had Qwest for 10 plus years and never had a problem, since the buyout nothing but.
And yes before you come up with the crack about paying my bill I do generally 2 months in advance.
