With a company like IDCC, there should be "carryovers" after every yearend.

So, if they included carryovers for 2001 into 2002, this would seem to be an acounting pickle.

In order to balance the scales, they'd have to do the EXACT same for 2003.

Revising the numbers 75 days after year end is either too cute, or just plain wrong, IMO.
