So is it a Market Maker conspiracy or is it Shorty hacking into the OTC Markets reporting server and changing the data on the fly?


Conspiracys do not exist in penny stocks. MM manipulation is a myth. Shorty is a myth. The reality is that the Company is diluting and smashing bids.
