It was first scheduled for April 2010. Then postponed till "10-10-10." Then TWO YEARS LATER it was again proclaimed to happen on Sept 29, 2012 (4 months ago). When Garson FAILED for the third time he merely switched the year on his website from 2012 to 2013. PROOF:

I don't think politics in China have changes from 2010 till now. Nor has their memory of Garson talking a lot of smack and not having the financial muscle to make good on his claims. That being the case there's no reason for him to keep pumping this tired old scam.
