It's better to be prepared... Fact is all my great employees have be promoted into management with so many people jumping ship... Being optimist isn't a bad thing I personally know what could happen but I also am going to continue to do my job as long as I can in hopes we do pull threw... I'm not going to be caught off gaurd with no employees at Easter...
