Been with Scottrade over 10 years and many times bought with unsettled funds. Not a problem and 2 of my pals I turned on to MJNa closed their TD Amer accounts and moved to Scottrade with me.

Never a single problem with Scottrade!
Between wife & I we have 6 different Scottrade accounts.
