Check this out. Apparently EMXC's office is no longer at Universal Studio's where I think they were sharing office space with MPIX. According to the OTC link below, EMXC is now at a new address,

1035 Primera Blvd
Suite 1041
St. Mary, FL 32746

And as you can see from the link below, Suite 1041 is a virtual office company.
