Mike2112, I agree that no one wants to sell lower than this and the PBLS chart also says the same. But better to buy at this level PRIOR to news versus trying to buy in AFTER. Look at the September chart. PBLS'll be hard to chase, expensive to chase, while rocketing up on strong news. I only expect to see .03 one more time...as we pass through it on the way up. IMO. ~ASW~
