ELRA is stuck in court battle that looks as if it may last until 10/17/2013!

It was supposed to be 2/4/13 but was changed this week to the new date.

They are just stuck in Litigation with Mr. Lai Sio and it looks like it will be going on for a while. If anyone would like to keep track of the case here is the link.
