Right, this is why there needs to be more research and Testing for different formulations and Strains with different potency and effects...
THC is very usefull for some types of Cancer but good for Appitite for cancer patients and PTSD.
While CBD is good for anxiety and other health benefits.
And for some ailments the two cannabinoids combined are needed.

This is why CBIS is the future. They can fill that need...
