how can it be today unloading doesnt this nean hot till 2014 The number of shares of common stock available for issuance under the Plan shall automatically increase on February 1st of each year for a period of 9 years commencing on January 1, 2014 in an amount equal to the lesser of 5% of the total number of shares of common stock outstanding on December 31st of the preceding calendar year, or 15,000,000 shares.
