If Peter is giving out that information during private telephone calls without disclosing it publicly, it's a real lapse of judgment and ethics.  For a reporting company, it would be a serious offense.  In the case of a non-reporting pinkie, I suppose he can get away with as long as no one sours and complains about it later.  Still, it tells you something about his style of "management" and shareholder communications.
