Enterprise Declares Distribution; 34th Consecutive Quarterly Distribution Rate Increase

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared an increase in the quarterly cash distribution rate paid to partners to $0.66 per common unit, or $2.64 per unit on an annualized basis. The quarterly distribution will be paid on Thursday, February 7, 2013, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on Thursday, January 31, 2013. This distribution rate, which represents a 6.5 percent increase over the $0.62 per unit distribution rate declared with respect to the fourth quarter of 2011, is the 43rd distribution rate increase since Enterprises initial public offering in 1998 and the 34th consecutive quarterly increase.

Enterprise will announce its fourth quarter of 2012 earnings on Thursday, January 31, 2013, before the New York Stock Exchange opens for trading. Following the announcement, the company will host a conference call at 9 a.m. CT with analysts and investors to discuss its fourth quarter earnings. The call will be broadcast live on the Internet and may be accessed at the companys website, www.enterpriseproducts.com.

To listen to the webcast, participants should access the Investors section of the companys website at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the conference call to download and install any necessary audio software. A replay of the webcast will be available for one week following the conference call and may be accessed one hour after completion of the call.
