According to what I read, the Judge can impose a jail sentence up to 20 years, but agreement is probation. If he violates probation, he'll serve time. There'a at least one way he can violate probation that affects shareholders...fail to follow the rules on disgorging the amount he stole as determined in the SEC case. At the same time, Feds can only pin $250K that funnelled to his wife's account. So where is the $100M the SEC claims?
I guess Moskowitz or Group B. We'll see.
