Thank you for you Interest in Global Earth Energy Inc. We have been speaking with Mr. Fata of Solar Power Utility Holdings Limited for several months now. We finally came to terms on a financing arrangement that was beneficial for both parties. As it is a material event, we are required to file an 8K. We are looking forward to working with Mr Fata along with our joint venture partner Western Energy Group in the coming months. 2013 looks to be a very exciting year for us. In regards to payment schedule, i just checked with our lawyer Norman Reynolds, the first payment is to be made next Friday, January 4,2013. I'm not sure why December 28 2012 was stated as first payment, I think that was the intention but due to the holidays it was not possible.
