very accurate observation. started following this company back in september.got unsolicited pennypump spam.decided to investigate.
have gotten back to 2004.
Todd Hennis starts cgfi.tells stories,sells 95 million shares.
2008,Leeroy Rice/Stephen Guyer take over.ticker changes to CGFIA,500 million B voting shares created,30 billion A shares sold over next 4 years.Guyer now owns 90% of B shares.
2012,5000:1 RS.ticker back to CGFI. destroys all shareholders.
thru all,pumpers continue selling worthless hype regarding assays,future funding,pending permits etc.

company insiders pay themselves from shareholders money.Guyer takes $1000 a day.
Company has never earned any money from day 1.
