people who keep saying this isn't a scam, just a man who couldn't get his idea off the ground:
please explain to me the constant deadlines of "60 days" or "90 days" that we were promised things that never came about.
financials
technology
contracts
one or two things...i could understand. a couple, or a few, out of the many not panning out...yeah, i get that. but every single "forward looking statement" that is covered under the fine print turned out to be 100% BS. there was no contract. the financials were always MONTHS overdue. the technology isn't what it's supposed to be.
NONE of it has panned out. NOTHING. and yet every conference call it was more of the same. "60 days"...."very soon"...and no results.
those statements aren't a man who was just having some bad luck. they were deliberate, and they were crafted with the intent to get more shareholders to hold more shares, to get more money. period. end of story.
