Magna is Going to UPLIST SRGE once SRGE completes term sheet and the lawyer is working on it fast! I really wish people would read the pr's and pick up the phone and do some dd and read between the lines sometimes.

SRGE & Magna are talking but they dont have a "Business Relationship" yet "TECHNICALLY" because SRGE has to have the lawyer finish term sheet. This is what he meantand I have confirmed. We are at the finish line

SRGE & MAGNA SOLID~> Confirmed SRGE was given a term-sheet as indicated in the news and that SRGE has to turn over all docs and terms in that sheet for Magna to move forward with the Uplisting & Funding.

The reason they said they don't have business relationship is because the contract was NOT signed yet imo. This is what I gathered which makes sense because SRGE has to finish with the term-sheet for Magna to sign off therefore "Completing the Business Relationship"
