I agree. Having a CEO who is trying to destroy the company is the worse possibly scenario. He is doing more harm then all previous CEOs combined. This is a very bad place to be. He has a fiduciary responsibility to step down and stop hurting the value here. A public company can not engage in malfeasance without civil and possibly criminal penalties. Shareholders trusted him. Pretty unbelievable really.
