Splits aren't filed with the SOS. If it is an amendment pertaining to the share structure it would only be to lower or raise the A/S. If they lower the A/S to less than the current O/S, then a split would be needed in the very near future to bring the O/S back in line. If they raise it, could mean future dilution or else they need shares for placement with creditors for capital. Still a dice roll at this point, but I like the odds. We'll see on the 14th. GLTY.
