Yep, if in fact that's what's going on it's a great way to do it.

We know there's a merger, we know we have to pay for the company, if we don't have all the funds, funds need to be obtained from somewhere; as in sell part of what you own to buy the company and further your growth. Company increases it's value, pps goes up.

Some see the glass half empty, some, half full LOL.
