Yes, you can see their Android/Google Play rank in Top 500 Paid/Free/Grossing: Appannie added it maybe late July 2012 I think. You can also do historical ranks or daily ranks globally if they show up in Ranks, but to search for individual app...that functionality is not there yet on Appannie (that I see)...it defaults to iOS version (annoyingly).

Go to Store Stats section of Appannie, then upper right choose Google Play. Then you can go to any country and any category for ANDROID.

1) ANDROID/USA/H&F...look around rank #158 and #192..couple of MRNJ apps there. Clock on tone app and then you can get daily ranks.
