I am waiting for real information anxiously. Anyone following the case knows that what we have been told on this site is usually the exact opposite of the truth. As per the last few days of Key West articles I read, they also support a different story.
So unfortunately we will not know ANY factul information until the transcripts and or ruling is avaiable.


I stand by my comments from many months ago. The case will end stongly in Jay's favor, the Fisher's will loose over $500K to $1 M in fines of attorney fees and Jay's team wil be fined NOTHING.


Next, the Fisher's, Ken Rose, and Marciel and those who have consistently slandered the Emerald group with lies are going to need many attorneys and lots of money to defend themselves.



Finally, this case is NOT a 2 week case. No way. Very seldom will a federal case run 2 weeks, in this type of situation. Capted posted it was secheduled for 2 weeks. Wrong. The court filing stated 3-4 days. It's OVER TODAY. My prediction and only that.
