awesome yeah if i came across DEWM a few pennies up earlier this year i probably wouldn't have paid any mind to it, it had really nice share structure before with 100M authorized but from the decline in PPS it was in trouble at the time. but with the new share structure in lieu of an R/S it looks very, very, good down in the sub pennies, for some big gains.
