Before VPER can start manufacturing any product, they must have a facility to do it in. LEDs America is in the beginning of building one, but not in any PR about the Iowa facility has VPER ever been mentioned.

The only ever mention of VPER and Leds America joint manufacturing facility was the DC project. Leds America getting their own manufacturing facility might change the whole relationship between VPER and Leds America.

It just might be that LEDs America doesn't believe that VPER is putting enough effort into the JV and that they are moving on without them since not one word has been said about the JV and resellers agreement deal that was signed in January for months.

To be fair though, it might also bolster the relationship and get their JV moving.
