others are right that nothing happens if it doesnt come out tomorrow since they were already downlisted from OTCQB to OTCPK. it will continue on just like it has been since the NT-10Q was filed on the 14th, only with each passing day that they don't file it, the market sentiment worsens slightly.

The only significance i ever saw in the venue change everyone was posting about is that on the old venue they needed current SEC filings, and on the new venue they don't need current SEC filings. I gave the benefit of the doubt though and held hoping and anxiously awaiting the 10Q every day regardless of the venue change. I know its silly but i would check OTCmarkets.com like 10x or more a day to see if they filed it. It was killing me giving me anxiety. Because i knew if they filed it and all was well progressing on the merger we would have skyrocketed to multi pennies.
