Top - Why do you think the first well won't get drilled until 2014? Why would Tullow, Guinea or anyone else want to delay until then? Why did Ray demand rig availability if we don't need a rig prior to 2014?

Based on previous experience with HDY, I can understand how we might expect a delay. But now we're dealing with Tullow... a totally different ballgame.

I'm still hoping for a spud in 3rd or 4th Qtr 2013. Why not?
