"On September 18th 2012, the Board wrote to AppBackr, owner of the Naked Gun rights for Mobile
platforms from Paramount, to inform them that they intended to breach their contract with AppBackr and
would be withdrawing the Naked Gun properties from sale in all app stores.
On September 21st 2012, the Board of DNA Dynamics approved the UK subsidiaries Board resolutions
calling for the dissolution of the Uk company DNA Interactive due to poor sales of its licensed products
and to accept the transferal of certain assets and liabilities to DNA Studios Limited, its ‘sister’ company
in the UK."
