It appears that way bdelect...why else would they mention the fact that retired shares have not completed a return or retirement process and are pending...since February 2012...I mean I have never seen the retirement of such small amount of shares take so long in my 35 years of investing. In my opinion there is something definitely tied to the those "unretired" shares and may be the reason we have no activity except market maker games between one another.
